It’s not just good enough to cast out and hope you nail a catch. Nope, in Bassmaster Fishing 2022 you’ve got to look good whilst you strike out, and with the new Retro Cosmetic Season Pass you’ll be able to do just that.
Available today to purchase, download and help expand your Bassmaster Fishing 2022 experience is Dovetail Games’ first cosmetic pass for the game. Present and correct on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC via Steam, the Retro Cosmetic Pack Season Pass will cost you in the region of $10.99/€9.99/£7.99. Pay up and you’ll gain immediate access to the first pack – that of the Synthwave Cosmetic Pack – safe in the knowledge that when the final two drops occur in July and August, that of the Pixel Pro and Throwback B.A.S.S. Pack, you’ll be first in line to receive them.
As you’d expect from a pack and Season Pass with such a name, a whole host of retro goodies will come your way should you wish to utilise them.
You’ll get to light up the lake like it’s the 1980’s and take bass fishing to an electrifying new level with the Synthwave Cosmetic Pack, as anglers go about tricking out their boats with brand-new emissive light strips. It may not help attract bass but will attract the attention of other anglers interested in the latest sick boat wraps.
The pack also gives players a selection of new clothing to choose from such as the Synthwave T-shirt, cap, pants, and sneakers immediately available for use, and a brand new style of moody in-game fluorescent glasses that anglers can unlock through new Mastery Challenges.
Further, Retro Cosmetic Pack Season Pass owners can look forward to the release of the Pixel Pro Pack in July, bringing players favorite in-game Bassmaster Elite Series anglers to the exciting world of pixels with new pixel art clothing and a boat wrap, perfect for retro game style enthusiasts. And then to wrap up the Season Pass, Dovetail Games will release the Throwback B.A.S.S. Pack in August, bringing the old school B.A.S.S. look to the game. The Pack will introduce a variety of vintage Bassmaster designs and badge patches spanning the groovy 70’s, radical 80’s, and extreme 90’s.
Expect further details on both DLC Packs closer to their respective launch windows.
You’ll obviously need the base game of Bassmaster Fishing 2022 on either Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 or PC in order to enjoy the retro fun. Pick the game up from the Xbox Store for Xbox right now if you so wish. It’s on Game Pass too.
